| Returns & Cancellations |
- In the event that the parcel or its contents have been damaged in transit, we must be notified within 7 days of any problems and you must retain the package and its contents. Failure to do so may result in your reimbursment claim being rejected. In such cases that your claim is deemed justified, we may supply you a replacement product or reimburse you in monetary value not exceeding the original amount paid for your order.
- We are able to cancel your order if you contact us before it is dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched it cannot be recalled.
- Should an item be returned for refund we will be unable to refund postage and packing costs or any surcharge levied for Express Delivery. Items returned without previous notification may be subject to an administration charge. All items dispatched on express delivery require a signature. Please note that the express delivery fee cannot be refunded when an item has been delayed due to Royal Mail being unable to a signature for the item.
- If you have changed your mind about an item you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to obtain a returns code. Any items returned without contacting us first may result in an administration charge. We regret that any items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded.
